Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council held on Thursday 3rd May 2018
at Hougham & Marston Village Hall, at 7.25 pm.
Present : Cllr R Morley (in the Chair), Cllrs Brown, Hare, Jones, and Morrell.
Apologies – Cty Cllr Maughan, Dist Cllr Wood and Cllrs Cartwright and Watson.
Election of Chairman: it was proposed by Cllr Morrell and seconded by Cllr Hare, and agreed unanimously, that Cllr Cartwright continue as Chair for the coming year. He had accepted the position at a previous meeting and will sign his Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
Election of Vice Chairman : It was proposed by Cllr Hare and seconded by Cllr Morrell , and agreed unanimously, that Cllr Morley continue as Vice Chairman. He duly signed is Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
Meeting closed at 7.30 pm.
