Marston Annual Parish Meeting
Notes of the Marston Annual Parish Meeting held in Hougham & Marston Village Hall on Thursday 3rd May 2018 at 7pm.

ii) Minutes of the meeting dated 25th May 2017
It was resolved to accept these and they were duly signed.
iii) Presentation of Reports by Village Organisations
Reports from the WI and PCC had been circulated and the Chairman’s Report by Cllr Cartwright was read out.
iv) Personal Representation
The two members of the public were concerned about the Trent Autograss planning application. Cllr Watson had sent in some notes on this and Clerk read them out. It was resolved to object to the application on the grounds set out in Cllr Watson’s notes and Clerk to submit to SKDC accordingly.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 7.20 pm.
