Minutes, 13 May 2020
NOTES of the Parish Council meeting held on 13th May 2020 at 10.15 am in The Thorold, Marston.
Present: Cllr P Cartwright (in the Chair), Cllrs. R. Morley, and A. Watson. There were no public present.
This meeting was purely for the purpose of approving and signing the AGAR (external audit) forms which had previously been circulated to all Councillors.
20/21- 1. It was resolved to approve and sign the Certificate of Exemption.
20/21- 2. It was resolved that the Annual Governance Statement be signed.
20/21- 3. It was resolved that the Accounting Statement be signed.
Meeting closed at 10.25 am.
